Welcome to AP ISACON 2026 – Annual Conference of the Andhra Pradesh State Chapter of Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists, scheduled to be held in Vijayawada.
By registering for the conference, workshops, and masterclasses, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Registration & Payment
- Registration will be confirmed only after successful receipt of the applicable registration fee.
- All registration fees are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as per conference policy.
- Registration fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Delegates are advised to keep a copy of their payment proof/transaction receipt for future reference.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration without assigning any reason.
2. Workshops & Masterclasses
- Workshop and masterclass registrations are subject to seat availability.
- Seats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Delegates may select workshops/masterclasses only as per their eligible category.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to change workshop schedules, faculty, venue, or structure if required.
- If a workshop or masterclass reaches maximum capacity, further registrations may not be accepted.
3. Delegate Responsibilities
- Delegates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- The conference badge must be worn at all times during the conference.
- Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal belongings.
- The organizers shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
4. Cancellation / Modification of Event
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any scientific session, workshop, or conference activity due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In such situations, the decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding.
5. Photography & Media Consent
- By registering for AP ISACON 2026, delegates consent to the use of photographs/videos taken during the conference for academic, promotional, and social media purposes.
6. Liability Disclaimer
The organizers, AP ISA State Chapter, conference committee, partners, sponsors, and venue authorities shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage occurring during the conference or associated activities.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the above terms and conditions of AP ISACON 2026, Vijayawada.
