It’s happy and pleasure to hear appreciations from all corners of our state and outside, about the success of our AP ISACON 26 held at Vijayawada. Kudos to all the committees for their relentless efforts and sleepless nights for the purpose. We also need to assess and rethink the flaws. It’s only constructive criticism, and not to hurt anyone’s feelings. I’m surprised that no breakfast has been provided at the venue, unlike previous conferences. Most of the delegates and PGs coming from other places travelling overnight had to stay empty stomach till lunchtime. And there is no food available nearby. My colleagues and PGs were complaining about the issue. Usually the registration fee includes food for one and half days, but for reasons unknown, breakfast on two days was skipped. This is for your information. I’m sorry if I have hurt anybody’s feelings.

Compared to other conferences where delegates don’t even enter the lecture halls in day 2, this was absolutely better. Other students and future conference organizers can learn a lot from the way this was conducted. Stuck to the schedule. Great attendance. Once again it was marvellous. Good morning all. It was a wonderful experience. Honored to have been a part of this conference. You showed why Vijayawada branch is the best. However a small suggestion. 2–3 pm was the last session of day 2 in Hall B. Quiz finals were conducted at the same time in Hall A. There was not sufficient audience for our lectures.

Dear Suryasree, the idea of 15 mins looked for a speaker scary at first, but as we all started preparing it was good enough. The attention span as a delegate including myself in any conference is 15 mins and beyond that zero. Many delegates I spoke to yesterday said that they could take home knowledge with them because the topics were only 15 mins. Everyone was happy about it. Kudos to the Scientific Committee.

Putting together the 35th Annual Andhra Pradesh State Conference of Anaesthesiology is no small feat. The leadership and vision brought to this year’s theme — "Integrating Mind, Medicine and Machine" — perfectly highlight where our specialty is heading, seamlessly connecting clinical acumen, evidence-based care, and cutting-edge technology like POCUS, advanced airway devices, and modern automation.
