Registration

Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made through the official registration portal.
• Registration fees are non-refundable as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Any transaction charges or applicable taxes are non-refundable.

Event Participation

• Participants are expected to follow the conference schedule and guidelines.
• The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant for misconduct or violation of rules.
• Badges must be worn at all times within the conference premises.

Intellectual Property

All conference materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of the respective authors and organizers. Reproduction, distribution, or recording without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The organizing committee shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property during the event.

Modifications

The organizers reserve the right to modify the conference program, speakers, venue, or schedule if necessary. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

Force Majeure
