Refund & Cancellation Policy

All registrations, tickets, and services purchased for ISACON AP 2026 are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of personal plans or inability to attend the conference.
• Incorrect registration details provided by the participant.
• Failure to meet eligibility or documentation requirements.
• Requests for partial refunds for unused services or sessions.

Once a registration is completed and payment is processed, no cancellation requests will be entertained. This policy is essential to ensure proper planning and execution of the conference.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or event rescheduling, the organizing committee reserves the right to take appropriate decisions, and no refunds will be guaranteed.
